Dear Kerry,
Thanks, it is so awesome!!! You are so passionate about your work. I am sure that it is going to impact and benefit many, many people, and to think you can help to save so much pain and damage. Congratulations to you, and I am sure Ryan is a proud, proud son.
It was such a help for me to talk to you during the early stages of crisis. So, I will always be grateful to you.
Had a few more scary episodes with Chris, but I know that he knows what to do now, after all the help he has received. But... it is all up to him, and I am trying hard to stay back and let him grow up and find himself. I also have gone to support groups on bipolar and sometimes to Alanon… it helps to be more informed and less panic stricken... still very, very sad.
I am wondering about the permanent damage, as he is really not the same.... just not psychotic any more.. but still not the way he was.
At least he is not in deep crisis.. and I hope the pain will be easier over the years...... poor, poor kid!!!! What ever happened to him???????? Why?????? We really must stop the spread of this crystal meth... it is just so wicked and evil what it has done to our kids.
Love,
Cathy
